Personal Statement
“I chose obstetrics and gynecology to build a relationship with patients. Combining primary care, surgery and emergency medicine, I have the privilege of taking care of women through their teenage years, pregnancy, menopause, and all of the ups and downs that come with living a full life. The most rewarding aspect of that is the bond that I form with my patients as we work together to make some of the most important– and oftentimes, some of the most exciting– decisions in their lives.”
Originally from Argentina, Dr. Davila was raised in Mobile, Alabama. She returned to raise a family and provide care for the people of her hometown. She enjoys cooking, rowing, and– most of all– spending her time with her husband, Cullen; son, Finn; and daughter, Charlie.
